Description

The Recruiter will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to hiring top talent. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of modern sourcing techniques, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position will also manage clinical rotations, job shadowing, and the development of a residency program.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop recruitment strategies.

  • Post job openings on internal and external platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely data entry.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.

  • Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating effectively and professionally throughout the hiring process.

  • Stay current on recruiting trends, best practices, and legal requirements.

  • Contribute to employer branding efforts and talent acquisition initiatives.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, troublehoot, and resolve problems.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Ability to work independtly, exhibit mature judgment and make sound decisions.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost judgment and discretion.

Salary
$60,000 - $75,000
