The Talent Acquisition Partner will interact with Operating Company leadership and their hiring managers to understand their technical hiring needs and provide talent sourcing, market insights, and partnerships with internal and external parties to optimize search strategies to bring top talent to our companies. This role is responsible for full-cycle talent acquisition from the requisition process through final negotiations and onboarding.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Sourcing & Selection of engineering talent
  • Building relationships with civil engineers
  • Representing our organization in the labor market
  • Completing pre-employment and onboarding activities
  • Help implement a compelling talent acquisition strategy and proactively search for talent to stay ahead of company's hiring needs
  • Lead full applicant lifecycle from the sourcing of candidates through the qualifying application phase; phone screening, offer letter process, and on-boarding phase
  • Be responsible for the recruiting process, plan, and organize the interview rounds including interview briefs and debriefs with interviewers for assigned requisitions
  • Implement various talent sourcing methods for each opening (online job ad campaigns, direct sourcing, internal referrals, social media, networking at engineering events etc.)
  • Build relationships with candidates and provide them with a high-quality support throughout the interview process
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and innovative approaches, provide training and advice to hiring managers and interviewers
  • Collaborate with peers, business leaders, and HR to ensure a consistent and excellent candidate experience
  • Support recruiting related continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborates in the development and coordination of a comprehensive talent acquisition/recruiting strategy.
  • Support and coordinate strategies for career events, conferences, Intern programs
  • Ensure compliance with EEO/AA requirements and assist with the development and implementation of diversity initiatives
  • Act as a liaison with area employment agencies, temporary/direct hire agencies, and professional organizations
  • As an active part of the HR team, participate in other projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, marketing or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience; strong preference with engineering sourcing and networks
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
  • Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred
  • Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies
  • Experience in using LinkedIn, Indeed and other tools to proactively source candidates
  • Proficiency with social media and professional networks
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Adaptability, strong attention to detail, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to ‘roll up sleeves’ and find solutions to issues that arise

For Colorado residents: The pay range for this position is $81,600-$112,600. The range displayed on this job posting reflects salaries for the position based in our Colorado locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by specific work location and additional factors, including education, experience, credentials, and job-related skills. In addition to base pay, certain positions at Moore Holding Company and subsidiaries are eligible for participation in our incentive compensation programs.

For Minnesota residents: The pay range for this position is $76,840-$105,6550. The range displayed on this job posting reflects salaries for the position based in our Minnesota locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by specific work location and additional factors, including education, experience, credentials, and job-related skills. In addition to base pay, certain positions at Moore Holding Company and subsidiaries are eligible for participation in our incentive compensation programs.
