As a TA Partner - Recruitment Marketing and Early Careers, you'll play a pivotal role in attracting the next generation of professionals to funeral services. By building relationships with schools and creating innovative recruitment strategies, you’ll ensure our mission is upheld and carried forward by exceptional talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong partnerships with educational institutions to develop early career talent pipelines.
- Travel to campuses, lead career fairs, and represent our brand.
- Design and execute creative recruitment marketing strategies.
- Develop compelling content and manage our online employer presence.
- Support broader hiring initiatives and contribute to talent acquisition projects.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years in Talent Acquisition (early careers focus preferred).
- 1+ years of recruitment marketing experience.
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
