We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This will be a hybrid position, with office hours based in New Hope, MN. The ideal candidates will be an independent and motivated self-starter who has excellent communication skills. The HR Recruiting Coordinator must be capable of balancing multiple priorities in a professional manner to help achieve corporate goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manager the recruiting process from beginning to end - including development of job postings, management of recruiting requisitions, conducting prescreening interviews, scheduling, and logistics of interviews & hiring.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent flow of qualified candidates through both active and passive candidate sourcing.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create and manage job postings and schedule in-person interviews.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for hiring managers and staffing agency partners
  • Focus on providing a positive candidate experience by ensuring appropriate follow-up & professional communication with candidates at all levels in the process.
  • Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with federal and state legislation and regulations.
  • Collect and report data on cost-per-hire, time to hire, the impact of a continuous improvement process on cost savings, and the improvement of work processes in the time taken or steps involved.
  • Attend career fairs for recruiting and company community involvement.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years’ experience in recruiting and managing multiple requisitions in a manufacturing or agency setting 
  • Ability to travel to local hiring events, career fairs, other plants, etc. as needed. 
  • Demonstrates a passion for relationship building and connecting with others.
  • Shows strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Ability to effectively manage sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.
  • High School diploma or GED Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
