Position Summary
Under the leadership of the Hiring Manager, the Recruiter will be responsible for ensuring staffing of 80 to 100 stores by monitoring hiring, sourcing, and screening candidates for store-level positions. The Recruiter will take a proactive approach to recruitment by organizing and participating in job fairs, special recruitment events, and maintaining an active social media presence. They will provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process for Store Managers, District Managers and the Hiring Manager. This role involves collaborating with Operations to manage job requisitions, candidate flow and advertising efforts. We’re looking for a self-starter with innovative ideas, and a willingness to take on additional tasks and projects to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring process.
Essential Job Functions
- Strategic Recruitment: Identify and attract candidates for store-level positions through proactive sourcing strategies.
- Job Fairs and Special Events: Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to connect with potential candidates.
- Social Media Engagement: Maintain an active presence on social media for candidate attraction and brand awareness.
- Job Board Management: Select and manage postings on effective job boards.
- Job Requisition Management: Manage job requisitions for all store-level positions, ensuring that requisitions are up-to-date and accurately reflect current hiring needs.
- Sourcing Analysis: Continuously evaluate and implement best sourcing strategies, including in-store signage and other innovative methods.
- Ribbon Cuttings: Support recruitment activities for ribbon-cutting events and Chamber memberships.
- District Manager Support: Assist district managers with job requisitions, candidate flow, and advertising efforts.
- Training and Support: Provide training on recruiting processes, including Workday strategies, hiring processes, and interview guides. Address and manage special requests from stores, DMs, RDOs, and external inquiries.
- Interview Scheduling: Determine store manager availability and schedule candidate interviews efficiently.
- Candidate Screening: Contact all applicants within 24 hours of application submission. Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance and support.
- Documentation Maintenance: Update QRGs, How-Tos, and manual pages to ensure up-to-date information.
- Recruiting Capacity: Support active and passive recruiting efforts for multiple stores and manage job requisitions, ensuring no evergreen requisitions.
- Compliance: Ensure job postings comply with local regulations and maintain standardized job titles.
- Timely Inquiry Response: Respond promptly to all hiring and recruiting-related inquiries.

- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Posses an intermediate skillset in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Will be working in a normal office environment with occasional exposure to outdoor elements when working in the field. Work may occasionally include long hours, weekends and holidays.
To properly perform the duties of this position as outlined above, it is essential that the individual be able to meet the following physical demands:
- Stationary Work: Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods and work at a computer.
- Manual Dexterity: Occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with both hands and arms.
- Visual Acuity: Ability to accurately observe computer screens for data entry and review and operate office equipment.
