The Talent Recruiter, under the direction of the HR Director, will be responsible for owning the overall recruiting strategy. The Talent Recruiter will serve as the primary point of contact for all requisitions and will manage the full-cycle recruitment process with the support of our hiring managers. In addition, the Talent Recruiter will be responsible for:
- Screening candidates' resumes and qualifications
- Seeking new opportunities to source quality job applicants and taking action
- Posting requisitions and sourcing candidates through multiple databases, online job boards, hiring events, and social media platforms
- Coordinating interviews, reference checks, employment verifications, and exit interviews
- Coordinating internship program. Serves as a liaison between schools and RTI
- Communicating with internal stakeholders on the status of open requisitions
- Assisting with new hire onboarding processes and employee engagement initiatives
- Reporting and documenting recruitment/hiring analytics
- Attending career fairs and recruitment events with other leaders in the company.
- Building connections with outside organizations regarding recruitment efforts
- Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications

Required Qualification and Experience:
- General knowledge and experience using ATS software.
- Managing client &/or client pipelines.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to work diligently and independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service.
- Experience working in human resources and/or in hiring, and recruitment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Salary: $55K - 65K, DOE
Type: Full-Time Exempt
Location: On site, Mendota Heights, MN
Schedule: This is an in person position., Regular business hours are Monday – Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
