Job Description:
The Talent, Development and Learning Associate (TDLA) will be responsible for all employee learning through Workday, LinkedIn Learning and other LMS systems. Seeking an HR Professional with excellent administrative and project management skills, with willingness to collaborate, learn and grow within the role. This role will also be responsible for managing and assisting in multiple projects across HR, creating various training materials and keeping training material up to date.
*This is a hybrid-office position and requires office attendance 2-3 times per week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides support and is actively involved with Talent Development & Learning Team projects and other HR initiatives
Develop, maintain, and administer corporate training programs including mandatory compliance training, employee training courses, leadership programs, and manager workshops.
Develop materials and/or review external vendor materials to ensure materials meet learning and performance objectives.
Utilize technology and learning platforms to deliver and track learning experiences effectively.
Identifies and recommends employee training by understanding the business needs and parent company direction
Processes and manages LMS vendor invoices and inquiries
Manages and maintains TDL SharePoint site
Partners with Human Resource Business Partners to provide training solutions for employees, managers, departments, etc.
When applicable, consult with subject matter experts and partners to collaboratively develop learning content and performance objectives.
Partners with HRIS Learning SME:
Create and own course content in Workday
Assists with the creation and dissemination of training communications
Responsible for testing Workday courses focusing on user experience, course accuracy, and appropriateness
Partners Identifies and proactively defines requirements for reporting needs for learning campaigns, courses, and audiences
Responsible for gathering training audience requirements
Works with HR Business Partners to plan and schedule required training
Skilled to build and grow relationships with partners around the business
Generate reporting for compliance and attendance and follows up with managers to ensure employees complete assignments by prescribed deadlines
Administers employee accounts and training assignments via LinkedIn Learning
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, related or technical fields required
1-3 years relevant work experience in HR or related field required
Experience with Workday, LMS and/or HRIS systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Proficient in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
Experience with project management software, such as Smartsheet
Skills & Knowledge
