Position Summary
The Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for the management of the recruitment team. This position works at a strategic level with Talent Acquisition leadership to align the recruitment needs of the business and ensure goals and performance expectations are being met. This role leads, coaches, grows, and empowers the recruitment team to provide valued consultative partnership and best-in-class candidate and hiring leader experience. With brand, diversity, and inclusion at the forefront, this leader drives activities and utilizes a data-driven approach in evaluating success.
Essential Responsibilities
Functional Leadership: Lead the recruiting function to meet and exceed quality, cost and customer satisfaction metrics. Monitor and adjust distribution of work among team members as workloads shift and effectively manage staffing and resource needs. Provide leadership and guidance to support strategy development, sourcing and recruitment. Continually monitor and assess activities and continuous improvement opportunities to ensure best-in-class candidate and hiring leader experience. Lead and support department and cross- functional projects/ initiatives aligning with the company and HR strategies.
Talent Management: Hire, lead, and develop team, including management of performance and supporting their career development. Foster a culture that supports and drives collaboration, diversity and employee development.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain working relationships with team members, HR partners, and business area leaders. Responsible for ensuring that assigned business area customer’s needs are met within full cycle of recruitment activities and delivered with high customer satisfaction. Partner with other areas within HR in meeting the needs of the business unit on special talent acquisition initiatives or projects. Coordinate efforts with the business and peers to assess overall effectiveness of programs/ processes. Help problem solve issues and concerns from the business area team assigned. Work to deescalate situations as they arise for TA or team.
Continuous Improvement: Drive and support the implement of process improvements related to day-to-day operations of the department. Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and competitive recruiting practices.
Strategist: Engage in strategic planning with TA leadership. Communicate corporate and business area visions, business plans and key objectives to team members. Ensure the tactical talent acquisition plans align with and support current and future business area and corporate goals.
Analytics: Develop, synthesize, maintain metrics that tell a story with data on TA efforts in support of company goals. Use data driven decisions to formulate a best practice, influence strategic planning, and ensures best-in-class candidate and hiring leader experience.
Minimum Qualifications
BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or a combination of education and experience).
5 years related experience, as a recruiting/ sourcing expert within corporate environment or related HR experience.
Demonstrated leadership as a TA subject matter expert, knowledge of business operations and TA tools.
Demonstrated ability to maintain effective customer relationships.
Experience developing and implementing recruitment plans and strategies (including diversity recruitment).
Demonstrated knowledge of EEO and Affirmative Action. Knowledge of employment law.
Ability to travel occasionally and commute to events and company locations as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
2 years' experience leading and managing teams, including management of performance and supporting career development.

Non-Bargaining
The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $92,300.00 to $130,566.66 per year
