Our Global Recruitment Marketing & Experience team drives Ecolab's employer brand to attract, engage, and welcome candidates. Partnering with TA, we amplify our employees' experiences to share the compelling story of working at Ecolab. With a well-established strategy in place and roadmap with plans for transformation and growth, we’re looking for our next Global Recruitment Marketing Manager to continue the evolution of our strategy and team.
You will be responsible for leading the global strategy and activation plan to amplify our culture for jobseekers, working with and developing a high-performing team of RM specialists to execute on global tactics and provide guidance for local activation. You’ll have opportunities to scale and grow our capabilities, evolving our strategy and model and cultivating an experience to support business needs and set Ecolab apart for candidates.
You’ll bring experience leading recruitment marketing/employer brand for an organization to attract candidates. You’re skilled with developing and evolving strategies over time, prioritizing initiatives based on criticality and scalability, and using data to tell a story. You’ll also bring your experience in leading, empowering, and developing teams both directly and through collaboration and influence.
Work location preference is for a hybrid work model, residing within commuting distance of one of our primary office locations (such as St. Paul, MN or Naperville, IL).
What you will do:
Lead & evolve Ecolab’s global recruitment marketing strategy and activation plan to amplify our culture through stories and content across channels, driving awareness and engagement with our brand and jobs while fostering an exceptional candidate experience
Lead and develop a high-performing team of RM specialists who deliver the global RM strategy, provide brand and campaign subject matter expertise, and enable recruiters
Partner with TA to align campaigns with talent needs and foster a culture of brand advocacy through recruiter enablement
Manage EB & RM vendor partnerships
Use data to understand RM ROI, determine strategy adjustments, and share insights with TA
Prioritize team projects – both campaign-related and enhancement-related – that help scale and enhance our global RM capabilities and drive recruiter enablement
Stay on top of the evolving digital landscape and industry trends to continuously advance our talent attraction strategy and tactics and enhance RM effectiveness
Provide expertise on EB & RM, coaching TA on high-impact, creative ideas to solve their underlying talent needs and coaching other internal teams on how to utilize our employer brand appropriately
Collaborate and influence cross-functionally with TA, marketing, and external partners, using your expertise and data to help secure buy-in
Leverage our RM tech stack & agency partner(s) to support talent attraction (Phenom, LinkedIn, Shaker Recruitment Marketing, etc.)
Assess, review, and refresh our Employer Brand as needed
What you will bring (minimum qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
8 years of relevant industry experience
5 years in recruitment marketing or employer branding, including:
Experience leading EB and RM strategies and activation plans with multi-channel strategies to target both global and specific audience needs
Experience analyzing data and translating it into meaningful insights to bring a story to life
Experience working with a CRM and/or other digital tools to drive lead engagement and nurture
Experience managing partnerships with external agencies and vendors to deliver cohesive strategies and content
Experience working with a large organization, influencing stakeholders and partnering with global, cross-functional teams
Two years of direct people leadership
Preferred qualifications:
1 year of direct recruiting experience
3 years of people leadership
Curiosity, growth mindset, and energized by keeping a pulse on trends and continuous improvement
Comfortable with agility and adapting to shifting priorities, taking initiative, and making decisions quickly
Passion for driving diversity and inclusion throughout the candidate lifecycle
Comfortable leveraging technology and using new tools when appropriate to achieve goals
Direct experience with Phenom CRM
Experience with development of employer brand value propositions and personas
Experience supporting talent attraction for high-volume and/or global hiring
Ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with leaders across functions, leveraging your expertise, leadership, and collaboration to build a network of partners
Assertiveness to drive outcomes with vendors
