Position Summary
The Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations oversees the analytics, operations, program and vendor management functions for Talent Acquisition. They provide insights and decision support to recruitment delivery leaders and engage in strategic planning with TA leadership. This role is key in the Talent Acquisition Team’s processes and continuous improvement. They lead change management and apply out of the box thinking to deliver solutions for complex problems in operations and process improvement and adherence in the Talent Acquisition.
Essential Responsibilities
Functional Leadership: Lead and drive operations and continuous improvement of management of vendors, agencies, RPO, programs, marketing, and process-driven activities. Partner on implementations, learning, and sustainability of recruitment systems and tools across the organization including Workday, and vendors. Standardize Xcel Energy onboarding, learning, and capability building across enterprise and TA function.
Projects & Initiatives: Lead large scale projects, change management efforts, vendor and system implementations as well as process improvement.
System Management: Ensure effective functioning of Workday recruiting platform. Develop expertise on TA processes and oversight of testing efforts, change controls and releases as they relate to TA system functionality. Measures data-based outcomes on efforts by monitoring daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly TA performance indicators and provides visibility to leaders.
Partnership: Liaison between stakeholders with accountability on current recruitment and policies, processes and approaches across TA team. Drive improved approaches to business and candidate experience.
Talent Management: Hire, lead, and develop team, including management of performance and supporting their career development. Foster a culture that supports and drives collaboration, diversity and employee development.
Analytics: Measure data-based outcomes on efforts by monitoring daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly TA performance indicators and provides visibility to leaders.
Minimum Qualifications
BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or a combination of education and experience).
7 years of experience in talent acquisition, operations, or related roles
3 years process design, solution development, and documentation
3 years in program management while leading complex day-to-day operations
3 years partnering with third party agencies, RPOs, leading teams, and student recruitment
Prior Talent Acquisition and / or Talent Acquisition or HR Operations experience desired
Demonstrated knowledge of EEO and Affirmative Action. Knowledge of employment law.

Non-Bargaining
The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $103,000.00 to $146,332.33 per year
