Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant will utilize a strategic approach to full cycle recruiting. Source, assess, select and hire top talent in a cost-effective manner that adds value to the business. In this role, you will execute a strategic recruiting process that provides an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience to drive the organization’s brand as an employer of choice.
Key Accountabilities
- Serve as the talent acquisition leader for the Law, Corporate Responsibility, Corporate Communications and Sustainability areas of the organization creating and executing the recruiting networking and pipelining strategies, collaborating with human resource and other stakeholders, and mentoring more junior Talent Acquisition Consultants in the assigned functional space.
- Utilize labor market consultation, data trends and competitive intelligence to build recruiting strategies and drive diverse applicant pools.
- Lead and provide full cycle recruiting services including recruitment strategy sessions, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection processes, offer management, process documentation, compliance management and proactive communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Consult using your subject matter expertise and tools to partner with the business to improve the quality of hire.
- Ensure policies, processes and legal requirements comply with local labor laws and organizational standards.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Lead planning, monitoring and execution of internal talent acquisition projects.

The expected base salary for this position is $110,000 - 120,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.

Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience with recruiting technology and tools
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Agency Experience
Experience recruiting for Law roles
Experience leading a team of recruiters
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong internal/external relationships
Demonstrated ability to develop creative recruiting strategies to source and hire talent
