The Job:

Work closely with HR colleagues and hiring managers to attract and engage highly qualified active and passive talent for Deluxe by utilizing traditional and cutting-edge sourcing methods. Partner closely with the business to fully understand their strategic direction and identify talent needs across other areas. 

  • Work closely with business leaders to recognize key priorities and build sourcing strategies to reflect those priorities. Guide and advise business leaders with insightful market intelligence to craft the appropriate hiring process to fill open positions.
  • Locate and engage with active and passive talent from entry-level to senior-level candidates ensuring a high degree of candidate experience.
  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process effectively and efficiently; maintain the highest level of client and candidate satisfaction; and provide strong hiring process guidance and execution. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods (and get creative in uncovering new methods) to engage with passive talent.
  • Ensure a high degree of data integrity in the ATS to reflect the true state of recruiting.
  • Leverage recruiting metrics to identify areas of opportunity in our process and create solutions accordingly.

Basic Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in related field and 2 years or HS/GED and 6 years

Preferred Qualifications: (We encourage you to apply if you possess the Basic Qualifications - they are all that is required to be eligible for this position.)

Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Human Resources

Experience: 5 years of talent acquisition experience

Additional Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older
