      • Lead Company Recruiting Strategy, with a focus on supporting the business as it grows
      • Evaluate, design, implement, and monitor our talent acquisition processes to ensure the most effective and efficient methodologies are in place for a successful hire
      • Advise senior leadership on all aspects of recruitment, attraction, and retention strategies, including the impact of salary, short- and long-term incentives, benefits, and internal / external perception on employee engagement and retention.
      • Collaborate closely with each department leader to understand department needs and drive hiring of key positions to address those needs.
      • Oversee the management, refinement, and improvement of our applicant tracking system.
      • Introduce and develop new web- and mobile based platforms and tools to accommodate growing hiring needs and audience.
      • Manage relationships with vendors to include contract staffing firms, search firms, compliance-related services, and recruitment marketing firms.
      • Ensure staffing strategies support company diversity goals and placement objectives.
      • Develop processes and systems to easily report recruiting activities for required compliance
      • Perform other miscellaneous related duties, as needed.


      • Bachelor’s degree in related field
      • 10+ years of work experience in progressive staffing management
      • Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes

      • Strong working knowledge of recruiting-related employment laws and best practices
      • Relevant industry experiences a plus.
      • Working knowledge and use of all Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      • Professional presence, polished written and verbal communication skills, and proven ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of employees
      • Prior experience with Affirmative Action/OFCCP reporting and compliance
      • Creative, innovative thinker with a healthy balance of humility and confidence
      • Excellent and creative sourcing skills, particularly for high volume positions and specialty skill/niche positions; social media savvy

      Physical Requirements:

        Ability to work in an office setting


        Ability to travel less than 10%, as needed
