What would you do?

​​Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator! In this role, you'll play a key part in our talent acquisition efforts, handling diverse responsibilities such as Dayforce administration, job posting, LinkedIn requisition management, and proactive recruitment. Your contributions will be instrumental in building candidate pipelines, participating in career fairs, and supporting mass hiring events.   1. Manage Dayforce requisitions, ensuring timely and accurate updates throughout the hiring process.
  2. Post job openings on various platforms and ensure accurate and compelling job descriptions.
  3. Edit job descriptions to align with evolving business needs and attract suitable candidates.
  4. Handle LinkedIn requisition management, including posting jobs, building candidate pipelines, and conducting informational interviews.
  5. Proactively engage in recruitment efforts, contributing to pipeline building and outreach strategies.
  6. Effectively communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing updates and information.
  7. Participate in part-time (PT) recruitment, networking events, and career fairs to identify potential candidates.
  8. Contribute to requisition closure and communications, maintaining positive candidate relations.
  9. Assist in bench building activities, identifying, and engaging with potential candidates for future opportunities.
  10. Contribute to mass hiring events, coordinating logistics and supporting recruitment efforts.
  11. Conduct informational interviews to gather insights and assess candidate suitability for various roles.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other:

  • Demonstrated recruiting coordinator experience or at the least, an internship in a recruiting and hiring role.
  • Ideally, experience with coordinating or project coordination for high volume hiring initiatives
  • Experience with LinkedIn requisition management, posting, and pipeline building.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment workflows.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to engage in proactive recruitment efforts.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to network effectively and represent the company at career fairs.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic recruitment environment.

Additional information:

Experience:  1-3 years of recruitment experience, corporate recruiting experience ideal

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Work Environment

​​​​This job operates in a professional office environment. Office hours are typically 8:30 AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday. Work is generally sedentary in nature. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. This job also operates in a sports arena, which includes bleachers/steps.

Physical Demands

​​​​The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate and exchange information with others both in person and over the telephone. The employee frequently is required to remain in a stationary position, as well as operate computers and other office equipment, such as a copy machine, printer and telephone. Staff will frequently ascend and descend bleachers/steps and traverse around the arena both on event days and non-event days. Staff may occasionally move objects weighing up to 15 pounds.

Travel  ​​Position may require travel to external events. ​
