About the Role

As a Recruiting Coordinator at VuMedi, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will collaborate with the recruiting team and hiring managers to coordinate various aspects of the recruiting process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will be based in our Minneapolis office, and will need to be onsite 2-3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule interviews, phone screens, and other recruitment-related meetings. Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process.
  • Candidate Communication: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and guidance. Ensure candidates have a positive and professional experience with VuMedi.
  • Resume Screening: Assist in the initial review of resumes and applications. Identify potential candidates who align with VuMedi's values and job requirements.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment performance.
  • Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. 
  • Recruitment Events: Assist in the coordination of recruitment events, job fairs, and other activities to attract top talent.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS such as Greenhouse) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
