The ideal candidate will not only be adept at executing traditional recruitment activities but will also possess the creativity and strategic thinking necessary to develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies in multiple markets across the country.

Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist specializing in property management, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of property positions.

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various property management roles.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to ensure candidates align with company values and requirements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices to streamline and improve the quality of the hiring process.
  • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand upcoming talent requirements.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Manager and marketing teams to develop compelling employer branding strategies.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and align recruiting strategies with organizational goals.
  • Guide business leaders through the recruitment process, providing insights to improve the quality of hire.
  • Assist in conducting analyses related to the organization's entry into new markets.
  • Develop strategies and action plans to support the company's national growth plan.
  • Ideate, implement, and execute on innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources preferred
  • 3+ years or more experience in full cycle recruiting, in Property Management Field preferred
  • Clear and persuasive verbal and written communications with candidates.
  • Ability to convey and relate the company culture to the applicants.
  • Strong drive and the ability to self-motivate in the face of multiple priorities while managing time efficiently. 
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills: HRIS, Applicant Tracking systems, Microsoft Work & Excel, knowledge of internet, e mail and social media as it pertains to marketing the property.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with wide range of people.
  • Strong drive and the ability to self-motivate in the face of multiple priorities while managing time efficiently. 
  • Must be organized, detail oriented and have good time management skills.
  • High degree of professionalism; able to deal with extremely confidential information.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – loves to be challenged, determined to win, puts clients and teammates first, collaborative, inquisitive, self-motivated, and operates on trust (not fear).
  • High integrity – trusted, direct, truthful. Embodies confidence and admits mistakes.
  • Ability to perform the physical functions of the position, which may include, but are not limited to: stationary work 85%  of the time using a computer and applicable office equipment, ability to walk property, including up to 4 flights of stairs, and drive a vehicle to meet prospective employees.
