We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with high volume recruiting experience to join the team. Full cycle recruiting responsibilities for open positions include ad placement, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and referring applicants for position openings. This position will oversee a designated area to support school growth and the hiring of Swim Teachers and school leaders. It will also serve as a key partner to our Human Resources and Talent Acquisition team and report directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, recruit, screen, interview and recommend candidates for all level positions, including entry level, support staff, teachers, and management. Responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to support our growing field-based talent acquisition needs.
  • Build trusted partnerships with school and field leaders.
  • Source and recruit a diverse pool of applicants for open positions and anticipated openings using various methods and sources (social media, networking, advertising, internet, educational relationships, etc.)
  • Collect and interpret recruitment and applicant engagement data to enhance recruitment efforts, including analysis of trends in the marketplace.
  • Serve as point of contact for prospective candidates in designated area.
  • Work with leaders and human resources team to identify and understand business requirements for open and future positions. 
  • Ensure accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Track, report, and analyze recruiting activities and make process change recommendations.
  • Schedule interviews and keep candidates continually informed with quality communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Screen applicants for minimum qualifications and guides the candidate through the process.
  • Maintain records of hiring activity and ensure leadership is informed of position statuses.
  • Manage applicant tracking system, including creating job postings and updating status of candidates.
  • Manage staffing process from beginning to end; create and present offers to candidates.
  • As needed, may assist with other recruiting activities, and provide consultation with our recruiting liaisons across the organization.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management, or related field, or the equivalent amount of training and hands-on experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the position.
  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience sourcing candidates on a national level.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, Paylocity preferred.
  • Ability for occasional travel to support staffing related events.
  • Experience in supporting multi-state and multi-unit operations.
  • Knowledge of employment law and hiring practices.
