Summary

Our Campus & Community Partnerships team is excited to hire an Experienced Campus Recruiter to support our campus recruiting efforts and attract a highly qualified, diverse pipeline of early career candidates for CHS. This position will be responsible for managing key college and university relationships with a focus on recruiting top talent for our enterprise-wide internship roles. This role will manage the full cycle recruiting process for campus and early career candidates, with an emphasis on providing a positive candidate experience each step of the way. The Experienced Recruiter-Campus role will have a direct impact on the continued growth of CHS by helping to build quality talent pools for the future and expanding CHS's success in diversifying our talent pipelines. This position will take primary work direction from the Talent Acquisition Manager and will partner closely with two other Experienced Campus Recruiters that support our Early Career and Intern recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discussions with business leaders and HR business partners to identify and understand business needs related to intern hiring 
  • Manage and develop key college and university relationships, attending campus events, building relationships with students and faculty, and identifying areas for relationship growth 
  • Plan and attend college and university recruiting events, connecting with students, faculty, and promoting the CHS employment brand 
  • Utilize creative sourcing strategies and effective social networking to identify talent and build relationships 
  • Host in-house career days and tours for student groups from colleges and universities 
  • Support planning and execution of intern program events and activities where needed 
  • Create processes and best practices to attract a diverse candidate pipeline for internship and early career positions
  • Work in alignment with the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and concise records and reporting concerning all phases of the recruitment process
  • Report and measure outcomes of recruiting events, providing updates to key stakeholders 
  • Provide recruiting support for other CHS roles when needed 
  • Travel is required during peak campus

Minimum Qualifications (required)

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Campus Recruiting
  • Experience with ATS, preferably SAP Success Factors
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, Psychology, Sociology, or in a related field
  • Pre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position. If required, selected candidates must pass pre-employment screenings to include all or a combination of drug, criminal, motor vehicle check, physical requirements and FMSCA Clearinghouse
