Job Description
U.S. Bank’s Talent Attraction Senior Program Manager will support successful global talent attraction outcomes by partnering with Global Enterprise Recruiting teams, vendors and cross functionally to develop and implement strategies, initiatives, and programs. This manager plays a central role in ensuring recruiters and leaders are enabled to successfully attract talent to the bank through technology, tools, processes, and resources.
This leader will also play an important role in internally and externally developing and implementing innovative talent attraction strategies that elevate the candidate, hiring manager, and recruiter experience at U.S. Bank. This includes delivering programs and specific talent attraction segment strategies to support recruitment marketing, brand, career site, messaging, event management, and employment value proposition (EVP) activation.
Responsibilities
Ideate, support and operationalize talent attraction and recruitment marketing strategies for the enterprise aligned to our workforce strategy, employment brand and DEI initiatives.
Align the candidate journey and roadmap to the employment brand strategy; support and optimize brand touchpoints and brand experiences for internal and external talent.
Collaborate and partner with U.S. Bank’s internal marketing, design teams, external vendor partners and recruiting leaders to drive effectiveness of integrated recruitment marketing and employment brand strategy.
Evolve dynamic, candidate centric outreach campaigns that showcase the U.S. Bank brand through multiple channels.
Support tactics that engage active and passive job seekers; innovate ways to attract candidates using new and existing channels (email/text), generate positive brand awareness, build candidate pools and pipeline future talent.
Create strategy for alternative talent source pools, including employee referrals and alumni.
Evaluate and measure program success through insights, analytics and metrics, reporting results to drive continuous improvement, optimization, and innovation.
Act as a talent attraction liaison and employment brand expert with third party vendors and internal partners such as Business Resource Groups, communications, marketing and social media teams; leverage relationships to test and learn new ways engage with internal and external candidates.
Location: Position is hybrid in Minneapolis, MN. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Ten (10) or more years of related experience in recruitment, talent attraction, marketing and/or program management with proven ability to deliver results
Preferred Skills/Experience
Significant experience in employer branding, marketing and reputation management
Demonstrated ability to deliver and execute successful program implementation and process improvements with multiple stakeholders.
Understanding of employment laws, compliance, and ability to synthesize changes to ensure recruitment talent attraction procedures are aligned timely.
Proven ability to influence cross-functionally and build collaborative partnerships across the organization; able to build strong and effective personal relationships that keep projects moving forward to on-time completion.
Ability to adapt, be flexible and pivot quickly while managing multiple projects and assignments.
Innovative, resourceful, solutions oriented and a creative problem solver; actively seeks opportunities to continuously improve projects, procedures, work and driving a best-in-class hiring experience.
PC/Microsoft skills including intermediate Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; working knowledge of Workday reporting, metrics, and analytics.
Demonstrated ability to deliver and execute successful integrated talent attraction and recruitment marketing strategies at the enterprise level.
Deep expertise in recruitment marketing, innovative sourcing tools, recruitment technology, social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Glassdoor) and other communication methods used to build brand awareness that attracts top talent.
Deep understanding of recruitment data, analytics, and insights with the ability to collaborate with research teams and leaders to adapt strategies based on findings, trends, and campaign results.
Ability to lead through ambiguity, navigate and remove barriers, be agile, and engage in continuous learning to be aware of emerging trends and best practices.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and team building skills - excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills and a strong attention to detail

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $112,880.00 - $132,800.00 - $146,080.00
