Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and expand a robust portfolio of recruiting clients, nurturing long-term relationships and providing exceptional service.
- Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with clients to collaboratively establish candidate qualification criteria and deeply understand their hiring needs.
- Employ innovative and diverse sourcing strategies, encompassing sourcing, advertising, marketing, networking, professional organizations, and our proprietary applicant tracking system to pinpoint top-tier talent.
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess their suitability and compatibility with client requirements.
- Efficiently manage the entire interview process, coordinating seamlessly between clients and candidates to ensure a smooth experience.
- Deliver detailed screening notes for all candidates presented to clients, offering valuable insights to support informed hiring decisions.
- Prepare candidates for interviews, ensuring they are well-prepared and confident for the selection process.
- Collaborate with clients to determine optimal job offers and proficiently present final offers to candidates, lending support during negotiation discussions when needed.
- Strategically develop talent pipelines comprising high-potential candidates, proactively identifying future opportunities and nurturing talent relationships.
- Maintain meticulous records of past applicants' information, including resumes, assignments, and interview assessments, within Lakeside's applicant tracking system.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Lakeside HR Group at various events and engagements to bolster business growth and support marketing initiatives.
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, specifically within a fast-paced agency environment.
- Proficiency in managing the entire recruitment process, from initial intake meetings to candidate acceptance.
- Proven expertise in interviewing and evaluating candidates, with the ability to assess their suitability for various roles and levels.
- Familiarity with resume databases such as LinkedIn and Indeed, as well as proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with clients and candidates.
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring efficient handling of multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills, fostering positive interactions within a collaborative environment.
- Self-motivated and capable of multi-tasking, with a proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Driven by results and performance, comfortable in a high-achieving, team-oriented environment.
