As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will support Talent Acquisition efforts by maintaining and evaluating the Applicant Tracking System and make recommendations to ensure full utilization of system capabilities.  Assists Talent Acquisition Partners in developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to recruit, attract, screen, and select high quality candidates for non-exempt and exempt positions while maintaining compliance with organization’s hiring policy, practices, State and Federal regulations.  Support HR Managers and the organization’s business units through reporting hiring related data to help evaluate recruitment strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Associates degree in business or Human Resources field or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a deadline-oriented work environment and execute complex tasks.
  • Experience working in an HRIS/Applicant Tracking System: UKG experience preferred.
  • High customer service orientation
  • Must exhibit confidence and is comfortable in communicating with management team, peers (internal and external), vendors and business associates.
  • Must effectively work with and engage LOS teams and cross functional teams in organizational initiatives to achieve desired results.
  • Proficiency with email systems, calendars, and Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and Publisher)
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficient with an applicant tracking system (ATS) or Recruiter Management System (RMS)
  • Demonstrate ability to manage detail, multi-task and successfully prioritize tasks throughout the workday
