Key Responsibilities:

• Partners with the Talent Acquisition Leaders to understand business trends and talent forecast
• Responsible to build and maintain relationships with passive candidates and referrals for clinical and other roles in all regions of the organization
• Builds a sourcing strategy utilizing relevant technologies in digital, social media and job boards to source and recruit new and existing candidates
• Acts as the front-line brand ambassador for candidates
• Assists Talent Acquisition Leader in screening of applicants, assessment of their skill level/fit for roles and route appropriately
• Reviews and manages referral dashboard and shares with recruiters as referrals come in
• Uses independent judgment and discretion when interacting with candidates (written and verbal)
• Meets service level agreements (SLAs) and metrics for candidate generation and engagement
• Builds and maintain relationships with academic leaders to ensure access to student pipelines are continuously maintained
• Actively participate in career fairs, staffing events and projects
• Networks with past candidates
• Follows policies and procedural guidelines ensuring that all laws, policies, and regulations are adhered to across all ten states

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resource or other business-related field, or equivalent combination of post- secondary education and work experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment, sourcing, or related experience required
• Experience using recruitment processes and Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and sourcing tools or ability to learn
