The Talent Acquisition Manager's primary responsibility will be to lead the strategy and execution for hiring within all verticals/functions throughout the U.S.  They will also prioritize and manage Talent Acquisition projects with overall HR strategies, make decisions and work collaboratively to resolve complex issues.  Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Manager will align priorities with business strategies and execute results, work with minimal direction and provide functional advice and/or training to other HR colleagues, direct reports and the business.  This leader will report to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition. 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Create, implement and execute on Talent Acquisition strategies that align with overall business priorities

  • Deliver and expand our talent acquisition processes, tools, systems, and data analytics that enable efficiency within the Talent Acquisition team and ensure compliance

  • Lead the development and implementation of dynamic recruitment programs to create a diverse talent pool

  • Use market insights to track and analyze key performance metrics to influence data driven decisions and share results and trends with stakeholders to determine effectiveness of current and future strategy

  • Collaborate and build consensus with key internal stakeholders

  • Develop and maintain a high-performance culture by providing leadership and guidance to a team of talent acquisition professionals

  • Maximize efforts by acting as a change champion for new initiatives and processes

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstration of leadership skills with 3+ years of direct people leader experience

  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition 

  • Strong program and project management experience in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Proficient in sourcing strategies

  • Workday experience

  • Able to navigate through complexity and an environment of conflicting priorities.

  • Bachelor’s degree
