THE ROLE
This is a critical support role on the Talent Acquisition team and will work closely with the TA team, HR partners, business leaders, and candidates to provide a white glove experience throughout the interview process.

Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Supporting the recruiting efforts of full-cycle recruitment including: posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offering, background check, and onboarding

Manage background check process

Support intern and diversity recruitment & in-house event planning and coordination

Partner with the coordinator team to manage, update and respond to shared TA email inboxes and candidate inquiries

Ensure candidate record management, dispositions, and correspondence is up-to-date and accurate

Assist TA team with special projects and assist with sourcing candidates during peak periods
Basic Qualifications (BQs)
-
Education and Experience: HS/GED and 2 years equivalent experience in an administrative role

Advanced knowledge of Excel

High level of organization and proven experience in a highly detail-oriented role
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
** These skills/experience are beneficial but NOT REQUIRED, please apply if you meet the Basic Qualifications.

Education: Associate’s degree in Business, Human Resources or similar field

Experience:

2 years of experience working in a recruiting coordinator role

Previous experience using Workday

Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including PowerPoint

Operates with a sense of urgency

Ability to proactively communicate and maintain documentation
