Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of ongoing background checks.
• Work closely with internal recruiters and applicants during the background check process.
• Follow up with requests and actions required to complete the background check process.
• Partner with external background check vendor, working in their portal to monitor and manage the pre-employment processes.
• Review pre-hire required paperwork and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Prepares reports documenting recruitment activity and effectiveness and provides various other reports that may include routine analysis of data.
• Review background check against internal adjudication and determine follow needed.
• Partner with internal legal team on items that need to be reviewed.

Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent

Years of Related Experience: Typically, less than 3 years of related experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Basic to intermediate PC skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, etc
• Understanding of HR plans, policies, procedures, etc
• Interpersonal customer service and communication skills
• Ability to process routine numeric and analytical data
