Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifies and utilizes effective and innovative recruitment methods, tools, and sources to attract a diverse and high-quality candidate pool.
  • Conducts job analysis and works with hiring managers to create accurate and compelling job descriptions and specifications.
  • Manages the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiation.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and professional organizations.
  • Stays informed about market trends, competitor practices, and relevant legal requirements to ensure the organization's talent acquisition strategies remain competitive and compliant.
  • Collaborates with the HR team to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee, facilitating effective onboarding processes.
  • Monitors and reports on key recruitment metrics and identifies areas for improvement in the talent acquisition process.
  • Utilizes data-driven insights to continually refine and optimize recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Acts as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization's values, culture, and employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Implements and oversees diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process to enhance the organization's commitment to a diverse workforce.
  • Provides regular updates and presentations to senior management on talent acquisition activities, progress, and challenges.
  • Keeps abreast of emerging trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recommends enhancements to the recruitment process accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience (6 years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Experience in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Data-driven and analytical approach to decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Professional certifications in HR or talent acquisition (e.g., SHRM-SCP, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter) are a plus.
