Key Responsibilities:
- Identifies and utilizes effective and innovative recruitment methods, tools, and sources to attract a diverse and high-quality candidate pool.
- Conducts job analysis and works with hiring managers to create accurate and compelling job descriptions and specifications.
- Manages the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiation.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and professional organizations.
- Stays informed about market trends, competitor practices, and relevant legal requirements to ensure the organization's talent acquisition strategies remain competitive and compliant.
- Collaborates with the HR team to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee, facilitating effective onboarding processes.
- Monitors and reports on key recruitment metrics and identifies areas for improvement in the talent acquisition process.
- Utilizes data-driven insights to continually refine and optimize recruitment strategies and processes.
- Acts as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization's values, culture, and employer brand to attract top talent.
- Implements and oversees diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process to enhance the organization's commitment to a diverse workforce.
- Provides regular updates and presentations to senior management on talent acquisition activities, progress, and challenges.
- Keeps abreast of emerging trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recommends enhancements to the recruitment process accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience (6 years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Experience in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
- Data-driven and analytical approach to decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Professional certifications in HR or talent acquisition (e.g., SHRM-SCP, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter) are a plus.
