Pentair is seeking a Campus Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Campus Recruiting Team. The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for supporting and executing recruitment strategies that attract college students to Pentair for internships, rotational programs, and entry level positions in addition to managing functional onboarding and internship programing.

You will:

  • Supports full-cycle recruitment for early career talent including sources candidates, manages workforce demands and develops networks to ensure constant flow of qualified candidates using various tools such as Handshake, Career Fairs, LinkedIn, and student group engagements.
  • May prepare applicant assessments, provide applicants with information on the company, check references and ensure successful hiring and onboarding process.
  • Deliver a positive experience to candidates and serve as the primary contact for recruits throughout the interviewing process – conducting phone screens, communicating status, answering questions, extending offers, and coordinating all follow-up activity.
  • Foster and maintain year-round relationships at core universities and attend career fairs, by designated functions, working with campus career offices and student organizations to arrange campus and on-site workshops that engage students with our leadership and functional teams and build Pentair’s brand on-campus.
  • Own all onboarding activities for early career hires, for designated functions, such as: pre-hire email engagement campaigns, provide relocation resources, create program guides, plan, and execute virtual meet and greets, and respond to ad hoc questions of incoming hires.
  • Manage internship experience for functional interns including summer check-ins, assisting with planning Pentair’s Intern Summit, leading weekly roundtables with interns, coordinating final presentations, and more.
  • Collaborate with the Campus Recruiting Leader to execute recruiting strategies that attract high-quality, diverse talent for campus and entry level positions.
  • Help measure the campus recruiting program’s successes and identify additional growth opportunities.

Key Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) required.
  • 1-3 years full cycle recruiting/sourcing experience in a professional recruiting role
  • Ability to build and leverage relationships to create alignment and accomplish goals
  • Self-motivated, strong time management, and organization skills
  • Team player with a high sense of urgency and ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook (creating complex interview schedules over multiple time zones)
  • Willing to travel up to 10% of the time
