If you have sales or customer service experience, this may be for you! We are seeking a full-time Recruiter who would be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team, meeting recruiting KPI's, and handling day-to-day activities including but not limited to sourcing and community outreach. This role works closely with talent acquisition coordinators and reports to the Sr. HR Generalist to meet overall quality hiring and staffing goals of CareAparent.

Recruiter Position Responsibilities:

  • Maximize effectiveness of the applicant tracking system (ATS) and job ad portals.
  • Executive creative ideas for outsource recruiting and development of talent pools outside of commonly used efforts (i.e., myCNAjobs, Indeed, etc.)
  • Actively recruit for open positions, providing support to the recruiting team in conducting phone screens for open positions
  • Assist with the administration of company-wide HR policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Business/Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two (2) years' experience in recruiting and staffing
  • Must have a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid MN driver's license in good standing.
  • Knowledge of contemporary recruiting technologies.
  • Demonstrated use of effective sourcing, interviewing and project management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in ADP Workforce or the ability to become proficient.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Applicants must be willing to submit to both a Minnesota NetStudy2.0 and MVR check. CareAparent also reserves the right to drug screen employees at random.
  • Must be willing to travel to secondary office for staff meetings, assistance with in-person interviews, as well as travel for outsourcing efforts.
