We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruitment Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and acquiring top-level talent (Director+) for our organization. As the Executive Recruitment Strategist, you will work closely with executives to understand their business objectives, culture, and talent requirements. You will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, focusing on both internal and external talent pools. Building strong relationships and networks, you will play a crucial role in helping our business scale and make strategic talent decisions. Additionally, you will ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior executives and hiring managers to gain insights into talent requirements and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
- Conduct thorough job briefings with hiring managers to define key requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications for executive-level positions.
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including online databases, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events.
- Evaluate resumes, conduct initial screening interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating employment offers.
- Build and maintain a robust network of passive and active executive-level candidates to meet current and future talent needs.
- Provide timely feedback, regular communication, and professional guidance to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in executive recruitment to enhance sourcing strategies and overall effectiveness.
- Foster strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, executive search firms, and other talent acquisition partners.
- Collaborate with the HR team to streamline workflows, implement effective recruitment tools and technologies, and enhance the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an Executive Recruiter or in a similar senior-level recruitment role.
- Experience working in an external executive recruitment agency is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of executive search methodologies, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods.
- Familiarity with executive compensation packages, industry trends, and talent market dynamics.
- Strong understanding of various industries and the ability to quickly grasp the requirements of different executive roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior-level stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a network of executive-level candidates and industry contacts.
- Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms for sourcing and candidate management.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
