The Talent Manager is responsible to manage the Talent Management functions of the company. The primary responsibilities of this position is to manage and maintain and continuously enhances our people operations with a focus on quality, customer service and scalability. Leads and manages key functions: policy development, payroll/compensation/benefit design and administration, performance management and employee development, onboarding programs, regulatory compliance and change management. The Talent Manager will manage the Center of Excellence and ensure Talent management is meeting delivery standards. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a desire to own and develop a function that has a deep impact across the company to attract, retain, and build top-tier talent. Whether it is developing new world-class total rewards policies, diving deep into market research, analyzing big data, and benchmarking, the person in this position will be involved in solving complex and interesting problems within the organization. Given the nature of the work, it also creates huge opportunities for collaboration with departments in and outside of the Talent team.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- HR certification, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Employment Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or other HR certification designation preferred.
- 5+ years of related professional HR experience (health care or senior living experience highly preferred) to include supervisory responsibilities.
- Proven experience and knowledge of strategic relationship building and conflict resolution are required.
- Experience in activating human capital as a strategic contributor to long-term organizational success.
- Demonstrated success in project management, including organizational and planning skills.
