About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Recruiting Senior Manager in Human Resources as part of the Wells Fargo’s Early Careers Program. These roles will be responsible for providing leadership in the strategic planning, managing of projects and execution of early talent initiatives aligned with Talent Acquisition strategies.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage, develop and lead a team of recruiters supporting early career hiring across multiple business areas and/or functional groups

  • Design and execute innovative strategies to attract and recruit high-potential talent into internship programs, analyst programs and associate programs

  • Manage early career talent pipelines and drive streamlined, consistent and compliant processes across the end-to-end recruitment cycle

  • Build and maintain relationships with Program Managers and key stakeholders across multiple business areas and/or functional groups, including other Talent Acquisition partners

  • Analyze data and make informed decisions/recommendations impacting overall recruiting strategy

  • Demonstrate a commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workplace and teams

  • Engage business and functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives

  • Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans

  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategies

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Recruitment, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 3+ years of Management experience

  • 5+ years full cycle recruiting experience

  • Experience managing and developing recruiting and/or sourcing teams

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in early talent recruitment or early talent program management

  • Experience within diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives

  • Experience evaluating and presenting metrics that track effectiveness and delivery towards human capital and business strategies

  • Knowledge and understanding of recruiting techniques, plan development, sourcing methods

  • Experience consulting, influencing and partnering with business executives, leadership, human resources partners and peers

  • Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment

  • Knowledge and understanding of recruiting ATS systems, Workday preferred

Job Expectations:

  • Position will require onsite presence from any of the required locations listed below

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

Pay Range

$133,300.00 - $237,100.00 Annual
