Position Summary:
• The Recruiter serves as the primary recruitment resource for positions for assigned departments and sites. Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Reviews resumes, selects qualified candidates and conducts phone interviews with candidates.

• Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
• Creates and delivers a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive communication, timely reports and partnership.
• Stays informed on long-range recruitment trends and makes appropriate recommendations.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. • Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions. • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

Minimum of 5 years staffing experience or a Bachelor’s degree and preferably a minimum of one-year high volume staffing experience. Experience must include recruitment/selection/interviewing and basic salary administration.

Special Knowledge/Skills/Certifications/Licenses:

Working knowledge of human resources policies and procedures. Ability to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external personnel. Incumbent must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as, sound judgment in assessing situations and providing sensible problem resolution to basic human resources related issues.

This position is primarily remote with the requirement to come into the office 2-3 times per month for our Welcome Day (new hire orientation) or other in person meetings as needed. We offer great pay and excellent benefits that include:

Even though this position is listed as remote, we are not accepting applicants outside of a 60 mile radius of Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN since you will be required to come into the office a few times per month.
