Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist (hybrid)

The ideal candidate will have experience in a corporate recruitment setting along with knowledge of the screening, interviewing, and hiring processes. The role will be based out of our Eden Prairie, MN head office within our hybrid environment that has team members come into the office twice a week.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with leadership to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping our leaders attract, hire, and retain quality candidates
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and drives targeted recruiting campaigns that align with company strategies while following established hiring processes
  • Partner with HR team to refine and implement innovative recruitment strategies
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative sourcing strategies to find quality candidates
  • Understand the external labor market conditions and have established networks to build relationships with candidates, agencies, schools, and associations and attract diverse quality talent
  • Be the key contact for candidates and build influential relationships during the interview process.
  • Enthusiastically represent Fingerhut in the talent market and build a pipeline of talent eager to join our team.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of full cycle corporate recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of passive talent sourcing techniques, talent branding and internet search methods
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Experience in executing recruitment strategy
  • Demonstrated experience providing consultation and education to business leaders on recruitment process and strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask with a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products to include Outlook, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for a variety of corporate functions and levels of roles
  • Experience developing and executing on employment branding and talent marketing strategies
  • Experience with talent analytics
  • Experience working with UKG
