POSITION INFORMATION

Title: Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Reports to: Senior Director, Human Resources
Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota On-Site, potential to move to Hybrid after training period
Basis of Pay: Hourly paid weekly (non-exempt), pay rate based on qualification
Anticipated scheduled hours per week: Part-time


HOW YOU’D SUPPORT BAY WEST

  • Partner with Senior HR Director to determine staffing needs and assessments for job postings
  • Utilize creative methods to source hard-to-fill positions
  • Maintain database of potential candidates
  • Establish, build, and maintain relationships with third-party vendors to support hiring efforts
  • Utilize ADP Applicant Tracking System to maintain internal and external job postings
  • Initiate contact with qualified candidates for specific job openings
  • Arrange candidate phone, virtual, and/or on-site interviews based on hiring manager’s needs
  • Arrange travel and lodging for candidate, as needed
  • Attend recruiting events to promote Bay West, such as job fairs, school presentations, etc.
  • Perform pre-employment screening processes for candidates post-offer
  • Partner with HR team to review and apply appropriate compensation for positions
  • Generate and maintain metrics / data on full-cycle recruiting process, for internal and compliance purposes

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual in Spanish required, other languages a plus
  • Previous experience in a HR setting or recruiting role helpful
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Office Suite
  • SHRM or HRCI certification a plus
