Job Description

The Human Resources department is hiring a Talent and Culture Enablement Program Manager! This role will continue to propel and scale the Talent Review and Succession Planning program across the senior leadership team. The role of the Talent and Culture Enablement Program Manager will be to expand our talent review and succession planning program to additional layers of leaders. This work is in close partnership with senior Talent Consultants (HR partners) enterprise wide. As a T&CE Program Manager you’ll blend creativity with analytics to enhance and expand the program. Program management skills are critical, and you’ll rely on attention to detail, consulting, and stakeholder management skills in order to be successful. The HR partners are eager to expand this program to more leaders in the enterprise. This is your chance to be a catalyst in these efforts.

Location: This role is open to hybrid work in U.S. Bank’s corporate hubs. Preferred locations are listed on the job posting. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

  • 10 or more years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Ability to plan and implement multiple programs to enable the organization and business to achieve its strategic objectives through the development of talent

  • Ability to interpret data to evaluate the effectiveness of talent programs and projects, and act as a solution-oriented leader

  • Strong project and program design capabilities with proven ability to manage multiple projects at once

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in building relationships with senior leaders, stakeholders, and Talent Consultants

  • Advanced understanding of talent development (talent review and succession planning processes are a plus)

  • Technical skills including – Workday, PowerBi and Excel

  • Master's degree preferred

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $112,880.00 - $132,800.00 - $146,080.00
