Job Description:
Job Description: We are seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our global recruiting efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain top talent across all departments and locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Establish and oversee the recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent globally
- Oversee and manage the recruitment team, providing coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities
- Develop and manage recruiting metrics to measure the success of our talent acquisition efforts and identify areas for improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners, including agencies and job boards
- Collaborate with HR leaders to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's recruitment strategies remain competitive
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience recruiting for a global organization, with a strong understanding of international recruiting laws and regulations
- Proven track record of success as builder and leader of a full Corporate Talent Acquisition function for a growth focused global company.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, with a focus on employee development and engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure success
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies
- Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives and programs preferred
- Experience working in a technology or analytics company preferred
