How Is This Role Important to Our Work?

This position supports the recruiting function by coordinating all candidate pre-employment processes, including background checks, processing new hire tasks, handling administrative recruiting functions, and keeping the team organized. This is a key role on the larger talent acquisition team.

A Day in the Life:

  • Coordinates all pre-employment activities for candidates.
  • Launches and monitors pre-employment background check and drug screening processes.
  • Processes new hires in ATS (Workday).
  • Initiates I-9 processes.
  • Partners with HR operations to ensure all new hire paperwork is completed.
  • Crafts manuals, job aids and facilitates/participates training on new programs/processes as they arise.
  • Keeps team documents and resources organized and up to date.
  • Prepares and maintains hiring manager and applicant related correspondence.
  • Leads the associate referral program.
  • Maintains standard reports including but not limited to manager/candidate surveys and associate referral bonus programs.
  • Participates and assists project teams with software implementations including testing and creating associated training.
  • Assists with team event coordination.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Nice to Have:

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Prior ATS/HR systems experience.

Role Designation:

Hybrid Remote

Role designation definition: Teleworking is working full time remote. Hybrid is a combination of working onsite and remotely.  Onsite is full-time onsite.
