Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

At Ecolab, our Talent Acquisition team creates and drives strategies to source, attract, select and secure industry leading talent for our rapidly growing Fortune 500 organization. We are currently seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead these efforts for our Supply Chain function. This position will lead a team of recruiters, while also managing a req load for specific areas within Supply Chain. The position will report to the Manager of Talent Acquisition.

Location: hybrid in St. Paul, MN or Naperville, IL

What You Will Do:

  • Mentor, coach, and guide a team of recruiters focused on recruiting strong talent in the external marketplace for Supply Chain.
  • Establish a deep understanding of Ecolab, our core businesses, and Supply Chain.
  • Become a trusted partner and expert adviser to Supply Chain leaders.
  • Provide expert advice on effective sourcing strategies to a team focused on building active and passive leads across a broad array of talent profiles.
  • Create strategies and oversee the execution of tactics to source and secure high-quality talent.
  • Lead by example through following, setting and sharing sourcing best practices.
  • Deliver high-quality recruiting results based on established metrics.
  • Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop sourcing strategies.
  • Leverage technology, tools, and internal and external best practices to optimize processes and performance.
  • Create a culture of creativity and accountability within the talent acquisition team to enhance relationships with hiring managers by providing consultative advice and delivering quality results.
  • Create, analyze and present reporting against critical talent acquisition metrics to enable informed and effective planning and decision making within the business.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 6+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience and/or human resources experience
  • Minimum 2+ years full lifecycle recruitment experience
  • No immigration sponsorship available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Previous experience supporting Supply Chain
  • MBA or Master’s degree in HRIR or a related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge with various sourcing strategies
  • Experience collaborating with business leaders and cross functional partners
  • Experience translating data and analysis into strategic recruitment processes and recommendations
  • Strong partnership skills with the ability to influence candidates, leadership and hiring managers
  • Knowledgeable in employment law and hiring practices, including OFCCP requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships
  • Ability to provide accurate and actionable feedback and coaching to hiring managers
  • Proactive, innovative and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative team player
