Are you ready to join our fun Recruitment Team as a Recruitment Coordinator?

The Recruitment Coordinator supports our Recruitment function by partnering with our non-Provider recruitment team, Provider Recruitment team and our Sourcing team to help us land talented individuals for our organization!

They will help us with scheduling hiring leader and candidate interviews, ensuring a smooth recruitment process for the candidates and assisting with new recruitment projects. The Coordinator will need to have phenomenal communication skills while handling applicant questions and troubleshoot log-in issues for internal and external customers.

This position is hybrid where the candidate will mostly be working from home, but will occasionally be onsite to assist with recruitment related activities such as career fairs in the Minneapolis/Saint Paul area.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day to day requirements of supporting recruitment specialists and hiring leaders in interview coordination, confirmation and logistics
  • Ensures outstanding customer service, responding to inquiries
  • First point of contact for candidate login issues, questions and concerns.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Associates Degree in Business, HR or related field. Or, in lieu of degree, three years of Human Resources and Recruiting related experience, one year or more of that in recruitment
  • One year of Human Resources or Recruitment experience.
  • Ability to work in an environment with conflicting priorities with high attention to detail, follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and professional presence
  • Effective problem solving, process improvement and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, HR or related field.
  • Three years Human Resources/Recruitment Experience
  • PHR, SPHR
