Overview: This position is responsible for assisting the recruiting team in partnering with retail, manufacturing, and corporate support locations to ensure hiring needs are met. Duties include sourcing candidates, completing phone screens, scheduling interviews, and coordinating and/or attending job fairs and events.

Day in the Life:

Location: Hybrid, Primarily in a remote setting

What to Expect: We pride ourselves on providing both our candidates and our hiring manager partners with a collaborative, hospitable, and efficient hiring process. You will gain expertise in creating and maintaining sourcing plans, maximizing utilization of applicant tracking systems, and analyzing metrics of recruiting success. You will also gain a better understanding of the operational role the recruiting function plays within our organization. In addition, you will have the opportunity to partner with the Employee Experience team members including Business Partners, Senior Managers, and Senior Directors.

Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have, or be working toward, a degree in human resources or related field.
