Bring your passion for collegiate talent recruitment and strategic program development to our emerging talent program at Donaldson. Implement recruiting strategies related to high school, college undergrad and graduate level and new grad programs. This position is located at our Bloomington, MN HQ (Hybrid Work Arrangement).

Showcase your talents by executing the following:

  • Attract and hire diverse, high potential talent into the Donaldson Summer Intern Program
  • Develop presentations and marketing material for kick-off meetings, information sessions, student groups etc.   
  • Use your excellent communications skills to develop strong relationships with key partners including internal partners, university career services, faculty, student organizations, diversity/disability offices, and other relevant groups to achieve hiring goals
  • Partner with hiring managers across all business units to determine demand and internship opportunities
  • Leverage internal and external data analysis, trends and benchmarking insights to transform hiring plans and overcome potential obstacles​

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+  years of corporate full life cycle recruiting experience with at least 2 years of university specific recruiting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
  • Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and business partner/candidate relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives
  • Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and spreadsheets
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills, negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results

  • Client focused and committed to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing avenues, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
  • Understanding of the university recruiting landscape and the shifting environment of attracting collegiate level talent
