Gravie is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a Contract Recruiter to join our small but mighty Talent Acquisition team. You will:
•Assist in the mass hiring process by sourcing, screening and shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
•Handle communications with a wide variety of candidates
•Develop, implement, and nurture effective recruitment strategies to draw in a large number of qualified candidates
•Collaborate with our Hiring Managers to determine position requirements for open vacancies
•Create and post job ads on various job boards, hiring platforms, and forums
•Identify and recruit top talent using LinkedIn, social media, recruiting platforms and other networks.
•Screen candidate resumes and conduct experiential and behavioral interviews to assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, leadership competencies and values alignment.
•Use Gravie’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track recruiting activity, identify opportunities to leverage automation, improve efficiency, and serve as the internal ATS subject matter expert.
•Be the key contact for candidates and build influential relationships during the interview process.
•Enthusiastically represent Gravie in the talent market and build a pipeline of talent eager to join our team.
•Recruit on other roles as needed to support Gravie’s mission.
•Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic and outcome oriented.
You bring:
•Minimum of 2 years of experience as a High-Volume Recruiter or a similar role
•Strong sourcing capabilities
•Solid ability to conduct competency-based, behavioral interviews
•Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Lever
•Knowledge of employment laws
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Strong organizational skills, an innate sense of urgency, and a desire to grow professionally
•Ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment
Extra credit:

•Previous start up company experience
Competitive pay is standard. Our unique benefits program is the gravy, i.e., the special sauce that sets our compensation package apart.
