Three Rivers Park District is seeking to fill the position of Talent Development Specialist at our Administrative Center in Plymouth, MN. This position is responsible for the development and execution of talent recruitment, professional and organizational development, and training initiatives, with an emphasis on connecting under-represented and diverse populations to career opportunities in parks and recreation and promoting a diverse, respectful, and culturally competent work environment.
STARTING RANGE: $70,000.00 -$75,000.00
SALARY RANGE: $56,597.00 - $96,457.00

Bachelor's degree or higher in organizational development, training, education, business administration, human resources administration, public administration, psychology, or a field closely related to the position and three or more years of experience providing organization development consulting services.
