Hourly Compensation: $24.11 - $30.10 (based on experience)

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a key member of the HR team and is responsible for supporting and facilitating a variety of crucial activities across the Talent Acquisition function.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Ensure a superior candidate experience by assisting TA Partners in the effort to provide a seamless interview process
  • Pre-screen applicants and help build interview pipelines
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews on behalf of TA Partners and/or hiring managers
  • Answer candidate questions related to the interview/hiring process
  • Maintain job postings in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Maintain internal tracking of candidate pipeline
  • Coordinate the administrative responsibilities related to all applicable post-offer candidate contingencies, including but not limited to background screening, drug screens, DOT compliance checks, etc.
  • Coordinate candidate start date with HR Coordinator, and ensure a smooth handoff for orientation/onboarding
  • Evaluate talent acquisition workflow processes and provide recommendations to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support other HR functional projects as requested

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Strong communication, organization, time management, and analytical skills
  • Ability to think creatively and work independently
  • Enjoys speaking with candidates over the phone
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office & web-based systems

Education and/or Experience:

  • College degree and/or equivalent experience required
