Job Description

The Manager Talent Acquisition (TA) is responsible for the planning and execution of Prime’s hiring needs as well as managing a team of recruiters. This role will lead and participate in talent planning conversations with business and Human Resources (HR) leaders to create hiring strategies and detailed execution plans.

Responsibilities

  • Develop recruiting strategies based on forecasts for hiring to include recruiting timelines and schedules; continually reevaluate and present to business leaders, HR and TA team; create TA staff resource model and plan for additional headcount, as needed
  • Manage staff of Recruiters, Associate Recruiters and Contract Recruiters by setting goals and providing day-to-day work direction, performance and career development feedback
  • Conduct talent market evaluations impacting labor supply & demand, resulting in recommendations and risk analysis for leaders and HR
  • Work effectively with marketing to create and executive effective recruitment branding efforts
  • Evaluate TA vendor partnerships and make recommendations
  • Lead effort to complete and present post peak hiring analysis as applicable; partner with HR analytics and other areas for data and outcome analysis
  • Develop sourcing plan for critical corporate roles based on strategy as applicable; work cross-functionally to align business, talent and other HR strategies
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
  • 6 years of work experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition
  • 1 year of people management/leadership experience
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations and guidelines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong relationship building skills with candidates, hiring managers and vendors and the ability to work collaboratively within HR and Business functions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including strong phone and persuasion skills and the ability to develop effective presentations using data to effectively communicate key messages
  • Financial acumen and attention to detail
  • Proven conflict management and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years of people management/leadership experience
  • Experience with Workday applicant tracking system

Corporate Talent Acquisition

  • Experience recruiting for senior level positions
  • Project Management certification or experience with large scale cross-functional project management

Operations Talent Acquisition

  • Experience working with high volume, customer service teams

Minimum Physical Job Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear
  • Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to Director, Senior Director or VP in the Human Resources department

    Potential pay for this position ranges from $92,900.00 - $148,300.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
