The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Supervisor is responsible for providing a high level of talent acquisition services to hiring managers throughout the organization. This person is an integral member of the Talent Acquisition leadership team and will assist in creating the sourcing strategy for the Agiliti TA Team. In addition to sourcing qualified candidates, the TA Sourcing Supervisor will provide direction and leadership to the other sourcing team members.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Partners with hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition team members to understand job specifications/requirements and competencies of priority positions.
Works closely with TA leadership to create an effective and repeatable sourcing strategy
Provides leadership and direction to other sourcing team members.
Sources active and passive candidates, develops networks to ensure constant flow of qualified candidates using various tools such as social media, career fairs, agencies and more to build diverse talent communities.
Identifies and implements TA tools and technologies that will evolve the Agiliti TA function
Enhances Talent Acquisition’s ability to profile, attract, and convert qualified prospects into active candidates using recruitment marketing, social media, and candidate communication strategies.
Conducts deep talent analysis, and develop recruiting strategies that include sourcing, candidate engagement/advisement and closing candidates with niche skillsets.
Communicates the Agiliti brand and culture to potential candidates and community partners to attract high quality talent.
Phone screens candidates to evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities.
Collaborates with leadership, talent and organizational development and academic leaders to identify and develop strategic partnerships that align with work force plans for high volume and critical roles.
Designs and implements strategic sourcing initiatives for roles identified as critical and hard to fill.
Researches and identifies viable talent pools for candidate generation.
Manages and prioritizes multiple searches, projects, and business partner relationships.
Seeks new sourcing options and develops creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates in a competitive market.
Serves as an advisor with regards to sourcing best practices to include sourcing strategy, evaluation techniques and decision making
Participates in Talent Acquisition projects.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business-related field
A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
Previous experience in a talent acquisition sourcing role
Previous leadership experience required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Advanced sourcing skills (i.e. Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray)
Advanced MS Excel knowledge to include Pivot Tables and VLookups
Knowledge of recruitment Key Performance Indexes reporting
Ability to think critically and proactively suggest/implement process improvements.
Intermediate computer and ATS skills.
Networks through industry contacts, association memberships, social media, and employees.
Decision-making skills; ability to look at a candidate’s resume and decide in a timely manner whether they meet the qualifications to be considered.
Maintains utmost professionalism when communicating with hiring managers, candidates, and other Agiliti team members.
