Job Description
U.S. Bank’s Global Talent Acquisition team is hiring! We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead a team of individual contributor recruiters that support our Early Careers (Campus Recruiting) team. As a Recruiting Manager, you will lead and manage a team and drive talent acquisition strategies to deepen our relationships with universities, career centers, student organizations, and core external partners, in order to help find and hire the best student talent for our many incredible student career opportunities.
In this role, you'll be a key partner to business line executives and leaders across the entire company. You'll build trusting partnerships, develop recruiting strategies and consult with and present to leaders. You will leverage reporting, data, and dashboards to analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve recruiting strategies and be a key partner with the Head of Early Careers in anticipating and preparing for the future needs of the business by designing and implementing inclusive practices and strategies to diversify our pipeline. In addition to recruiters, this role directly manages the lead of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Early Careers programs and strategy, and will be a partner in evolving and elevating the impact of our DEI programing. Although this role is not directly responsible for the build and implementation of our Early Careers Development Programs, you will partner with our Head of Early Careers and be able to influence our programs through your subject matter expertise and knowledge learned through candidates.
Responsibilities
Lead, design and implement the campus recruiting strategy to attract a qualified and diverse pipeline of talent that aligns with business goals.
Build external partnerships with diversity, student, and industry specific organizations as well as on campus contacts.
Establish relationships with senior business leaders, human resources, and recruitment partners to deliver recruiting initiatives.
Understand the industry and geographical competitive landscape to influence and shape future recruiting strategies.
Partner with talent attraction and marketing to deliver consistent corporate messaging into all university materials.
Drive candidate engagement through all stages of the recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate experience is delivered.
Ensure we maintain regular contact with targeted campus and diversity related partners.
Track and analyze key performance metrics to influence data driven decisions and to share results/trends with stakeholders.
Lead and manage a sophisticated team of recruitment professionals. Focus on developing recruiting and consulting capabilities.
Assess and manage risk while considering the objectives and goals of the business.
Demonstrate high levels of facilitation skills in consulting with the business, effectively addressing difficult situations with executive savvy; takes decisive and well-rounded action in high-pressure situations; solution focused to improve ineffective processes.

Specifications
Proven history of leading teams to deliver excellence, by providing work direction, coaching, and guidance to direct reports. While highly collaborative in style, drives results with purpose, speed, and agility, delivering against business specific needs.
Capability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data, recognize trends and recommend action.
Result orientated, ability to recognize needs, solve problems, anticipate issues, and develop employee centric solutions using strong analytical, business, and financial acumen. Exhibits a competitive drive and not afraid to challenge the status quo. Able to set and meet aggressive goals and action plans, both as an individual and with a team.
Proven ability to make sense out of complex situations, have intellectual curiosity, outcome driven, calculated risk taking and courageous mindset.

Location: We are looking for candidates available for hybrid work in Minneapolis, Charlotte, Atlanta, or Milwaukee. Hybrid work blends time spent in the office and remote based on business needs, averaging three times per week in the office.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight or more years of recruiting, HR, business, or managerial experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- 3+ years managing a recruiting team of remote/geographically dispersed employees
- Experience with Campus and University recruiting
- Ability to review and understand data, trends and metrics (Workday and Excel are preferred tools)
- Skilled relationship builder, ability to work with senior and executive level leaders
-Excellent presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of talent acquisition processes including sourcing and selection of a broad, diverse population of applicants
