RFA Engineering
RFA Engineering (www.rfamec.com) is seeking a growth oriented experienced candidate who is responsible for recruiting mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to meet the evolving needs of our organization. They will assist with employee recruiting, relations and training.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Understand job opening requirements and assess competence against the technical job requirements and description - Mechanical / Electrical / Software Engineering
- Create, post, and market openings on job boards, social media, corporate career websites and other possible channels
- Reviews resumes, conduct phone interviews, and set up in-person interviews with candidates.
- Ability to work extra hours and evenings to align with the availability of candidates for screening
- Submit resumes in the client's procurement system.
- Maintain contact with prospective candidates over time until they are available, or until a suitable position arises for them to join RFA
- Work with management to resolve direction of candidates that are under consideration for multiple locations
- May attend career fairs and other recruiting events
- This position may require some periodic travel to develop the reputation and relationship of RFA with individuals and organizations
Secondary Job Responsibilities
- Assists with the documentation of all HR processes and procedures
- Assists with the update meetings and other events
- Develop and maintain relationships with outside customers
- Proactively follow new client leads in relationship to the recruiting process
- Work with new-hire and relocation committees
- This will be a Hybrid-remote position with in-person office duties as required
Requirements
- BS Degree in Business or related field required
- 1-3 years of customer service or recruiting experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Travel <10% of the time
- Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position
