Summary of Role:

The selected individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with business leaders and hiring managers. In doing so, they will drive recruitment efforts and help our organization attract talented individuals whom will help our business grow.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and assist managers with staffing plans. Manage all aspects of recruiting and support onboarding experience for new team members
  • Develop recruitment strategy to attract active and passive candidates for a variety of roles
  • Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to develop accurate candidate profiles, job descriptions, and other recruitment tools
  • Support prospective candidates via the recruitment process guaranteeing a great candidate experience
  • Promote diversity as a way to accelerate business in recruitment efforts. Educate the organization on the benefits of diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Properly maintain applicant tracking system to ensure accurate data and reporting
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment firms ensuring submission of high quality candidates to our hiring managers
  • Abide by all state and federal legislation regarding recruitment practices
  • Utilize automated system which includes offer letters, onboarding documentation, and the administration of background checks and drug tests
  • Research new methods and technologies to enhance the recruitment process
  • Develop and maintain recruitment key performance indicators
  • Help grow the function
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • 4-year degree in a Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years in Human Resources, staffing, or related discipline, with demonstrated career progression
  • Minimum 2 years experience in high paced professional recruiting ideally in manufacturing or similar industry including director and manager level candidates
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment reporting
  • Demonstrated experience successfully recruiting both exempt and non-exempt roles
