The Regional Recruiter will research, develop and implement effective recruiting & branding strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. They will be responsible for the full-recruiting cycle of finding, attracting and hiring new employees to fill open positions and meet the company's workforce's needs and goals. Tasks

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of recruiting process for the North American region (USA, Canada, Mexico)
• Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and manage internal and external job boards
• Source potential candidates using Recruiter Lite via LinkedIn and other available platforms and social media
• Screen and phone interview candidates- adding value to the Manager’s decision process
• Coordinate/schedule all interview times between HR, Managers and Applicants and other stakeholders
• Participate in in-person interviews with candidates
• Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Work closely with third party recruiting agencies when appropriate
• Performs other duties

Required Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Associate degree or higher, 2+ years of experience in office administration, 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred
• Technology/Equipment: Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite preferred
• Teamwork - works collaboratively within a group in order to achieve a common goal
• Judgement/Decision Making/Problem Solving - utilizes effective approaches for choosing a course of action for developing appropriate solutions
• Attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and relationship building skills to effectively work with a variety of people and personalities; able to communicate clearly and effectively in person and in writing internally and externally
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and make decisions independently, effectively, and creatively within established company guidelines
• Excellent organizational skills
• Able to multi-task and prioritize to ensure workflow efficiency
• Proficient Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
• Speaks and understands English
